Overview

Generally, only 25-man content from Gruul/Maggy onwards will award DKP if you attend a raid or down a boss.

Whoever gets loot is decided by our dkp system.

If more than one person needs an item, the dkp table is checked and whoever has most will win the item and pays points for it. In case dkp is the same, raid attendance% is checked.

Dkp is awarded as follows :

• 1 point for attending a 25-man man raid.
  
• 2 points for an attempt to kill a boss we never killed before.

This functions both as a reward on top of the loot for every newly killed boss but also as a reward for trying but failing.

Negative dkp is given for being unable to finish a raid. How much -dkp depends on the amount of raid-time missed, how much was earned, whether you got a replacement etc. Ideally if you get someone ready to replace you at the instance or warned raidleader in advance you'd get everything you worked for. If not, the raid might have been a waste of your time, because leaving is disruptive and creates a lot of hassle for the officer recording the raid.

Loot:

Dkp is spent as follows :

• 20 dkp - for a tier 4 item
  
• 10 dkp - on any other epic
